Investment and Portfolio Analysts

  • Consider these facts:
    • $22.6 trillion (41%) of the country’s total household wealth and $7.6 trillion (53%) of non-financial corporations’ net worth is invested in real estate.
    • Real estate makes up over 35% of most investor's wealth.
    • Real estate related activity accounts for 10%-13% of annual US Gross Domestic Product.
  • And This Anomaly:
    • Traditional portfolio risk/reward analyses virtually ignore real estate’s effects on portfolio stability and returns!

Many investment advisors confine their asset management and portfolio balance decisions to stocks, bonds, cash, and (sometimes) commodities. They ignore the elephant in the room and confuse fund management with asset management.

Effective analysis recognizes that asset
classes, including real estate, exhibit different market dynamics and different interactions with other asset classes. The characteristics of each class must be considered when you balance wealth acquisition and asset protection.

As a property investor, you have already taken this first crucial step. Intuitively if not rationally, you already realize that your best asset mix includes real property. You have:

  • Determined your goals and their costs
  • Established a timeframe to achieve those goals;
  • Built up funds, including your emergency fund;
  • Calculated how much you have to invest now;
  • Chosen a competent broker who knows the market.

    You may also have:
  • Assessed your own risk-reward profile;
  • Calculated the general impact of property acquisition on your investments;
  •  Applied traditional asset allocation methodology to real estate transactions
    •  Compared different asset classes, including real estate,
    • Considered the balance of capital, cash flow, expected returns, and planning horizons,
    • Evaluated different allocation strategies; and
  • Selected the type(s) of real property (residential, multifamily, commercial, REIT) for your next step.

CCSR brings decades of business management experience to your residential investment purchase and portfolio development. No business, however small or large, can ignore real property as part of its investment and operating strategies, and we won’t let you do that either.

As financial analysts, CCSR:

   ~ Encourages you to recognize the current and potential value of your property

      ~ Assists you to analyze real current and projected values

to minimize loss, maintain cash flow, and maximize return on investment for each property and for your overall investment portfolio.

As experienced business analysts, CCSR brings a keen appreciation of your personal, estate, family, and business needs and goals to the process of selecting properties, negotiating terms, and disposing of assets that no longer meet your goals, risk tolerance levels, or most advantageous asset mix.

As buyer representatives, our concern is to get you the best deal. As business analysts, our concern is to ensure that each transaction fits your investment strategy now and for the future.
