Steven has provided management consulting, financial management, and tax services to a wide range of real estate, entertainment, and technology clients for three decades. Steven J Roy Tax & Management and its predecessor, Chinovsky/Roy Tax & Management, provided financial expertise to over 1,100 ventures. Steven has served as an officer, director, and/or trustee of 31 companies. He has taught finance, taxation and management classes through UCLA Extension Services and serves on the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors finance-and-budget committee and the education committee.
Steven’s community activities include service on the Boards of Directors of the Los Angeles Mounted Police Foundation, Crisis Recovery International, and The Worldheart Foundation, the advisory board of Uncommon Good, and the finance and legislative committees of the the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC) Inland Empire chapter. He served on the IRS National Technology Task Force and as a financial affairs consultant to the Los Angeles Public Safety Employee Division. Steven is editor-in-chief of the Producers’ Tax Forum, and a contributing editor for several professional journals.
A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Steven also holds an MS in economics from the University of Southern California, MS in Taxation (βΓΣ) from California State University, Fullerton, and professional designations in real estate investment, financial planning, entertainment finance, accounting and equine operations. Steven was recognized as a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute 2003, and became a Certified EcoBroker™ in 2008.

David Lee brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience to CCSR. Since 1974 David has been President of Basic Analysis, a sales and marketing organization serving a number of companies including Taylor Devices. At the same time, David has served as West Coast Technical Director of Taylor Devices, and as Vice President of Tayco, a Taylor subsidiary. In these varied capacities David has been responsible for sales and marketing of commercial and military shock and vibration isolators, and has supplied mechanical and structural engineering design and analysis services.
Among his more interesting assignments, David served as head of TRW’s Engineering Design Section overseeing and supervising design of the LEM descent module, the VELA Hotel satellite, associated ground support and special test equipment, dynamic balancing machines, and a variety of ordnance devices. David currently holds 11 active patents and has authored over 15 technical papers on topics ranging from the design and analysis of flexures for use in rocket engines to balancing systems for spacecraft.
David holds a BS from California Institute of Technology and an MS and PhD (Structural Engineering) from the University of Southern California. A community activist, David currently sits on the Boards of Directors of the Wain Foundation and the Los Angeles Mounted Police Foundation.

Ruth's administrative and management experience and seemingly endless reservoir of energy and enthusiasm serves her (and us) well in her role as CCSR's Southeast Regional managing director. Ruth has extensive residential property management experience in Southern California. Ruth was administrative manager and chief financial officer of Accidentally On Purpose Film Productions for twelve years, building on the experience she gained by operating two other production companies and owning a professional performing arts school.
Ruth is an active member of the McMinnville Tennessee Rotary Club. A Tennessee native, she developed and taught programs for grades 5-12 at the University School of Nashville and attended Middle Tennessee State University before moving to California.

As our Quality Control Officer, Alicyn is responsible for making sure CCSR plays by all the rules and provides exemplary service to our clients. To preserve her neutrality and objectivity, she has no other company duties.
Alicyn hones her performance evaluation skills through national championship level hunter-jumper horse competition, as a regional manager of FirstData - Merchant Services, and as Chief Operating Officer of AWA Systems. She is a summa cum laude graduate (Applied Economics and Philosophy with an Ethics emphasis) from Mount Holyoke University.

| Ronnie Brosterman, Director
Ronnie is a member of CCSR's Board of Directors and assists with site evaluation, design assessment, and traffic flow analysis. She is also our resident "Devil's Advocate."

When not assisting CCSR, Ronnie is Professor of Dance and Chair of the Dance Department at Scripps College in Claremont, California. She received her BS in Architecture from M.I.T. and her MA from the University of California, Los Angeles. From 1974-1984 she co-founded and was Artistic Director of Dance/LA, a modern repertory company, and Kinetikos Dance Foundation, a producing entity, both of which played pivotal roles in the development of Los Angeles concert dance. Ms. Brosterman has received numerous grants from the City of Los Angeles, the California Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts. She is a past board member of the Los Angeles Area Dance Alliance and the American College Dance Festival Association, and has served on selection panels for Kinetikos Choreographers' Showcase, Dance Kaleidoscope and the California Arts Council. Currently she serves on the Advisory Board for The California Arts Project.

Carol is the administrative and management heart of CCSR. Carol joins us after a lengthy career in human relations, personnel and organizational management for both civil service and private concerns.
Carol is a Summa Cum Laude (ΦβΚ) graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and holds a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California.
